RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return and Exchange Policy

We only exchange or offer store credits within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt or proof of purchase is presented. Without such proof, no exchanges or store credits will be issued.

Final Sale Items:
The following items are considered final sale; no refunds or store credits will be provided:

  • All food items

  • All skincare and beauty products

  • All earrings

Issues with Candles or Vessels:

If you are dissatisfied with the custom scent you created, you may return the product for a remake. Please note the following conditions:

  • At least 50% of the candle must remain.

  • Each vessel is eligible for one remake only.

  • There will be no charge for the remake.


If there is a problem with your candle or vessel, please return it along with the recipe card for inspection; you will need to leave it with us. A manager will determine the appropriate corrective action.

  • If the vessel is damaged, we must be notified within 48 hours of pickup. We can replace it with an identical one. If the original is out of stock, an alternative vessel of equal value will be offered. The wax from the old vessel will be melted and combined with fresh wax and your chosen scent in the new vessel.

  • If the wax itself is problematic, we will clean the vessel and remake the candle with your selected scent.

A manager will contact you when your candle is ready for pickup.
